Landmart home

Thinking of moving to Meadowlands?  The above Landmart home design is about par for the course for Meadowlands which by the way is just a short drive or a decent walk to the Hamilton Golf and Country Club.  Homes tend to be on the large size with attached garages, lots of brick and stucco exteriors.  Most are built with Master En-suite bathrooms and often feature loads of light  with tall floor to second storey ceiling in what is commonly referred to as the Grand Room.  You can expect main floor laundry or bedroom level laundry with a main floor powder room.  There are a number of townhomes in the area that are still decent in size and you will find them in a bungalow, bungalow loft and a 2 strorey style.

The area itself is loaded with large Box Stores, full size grocery store, movie theatre, restaurants and services.  Commuting is a breeze as the 403 Toronto, 403 Brantford, the LINC east and west are right there in the most North portion of the area.

It is attractive to young professionals and young families and given that the community is barely 20 years old, there are newer schools and day care facilites in the area.  There is also some "empty nester" style homes as well that still offer decent sized living space for people wanting to down size in number of bedrooms, keep to one level living and with laundry on the same level.  Meadowlands seems to have something for most buyers.  Have a look at the video and see for yourself this popular, Ancaster neighbourhood.
