CBC News article
By Angela Nolan / May 16, 2014 / Press Release

This article from September 2013 states that Hamilton's property value increases are out-pacing those of Ontario as a province. Our city is really evolving. Our Arts' district and all the changes to the Jamesville area and its property values is astounding. The Corktown area is also another area that has really come along in popularity, especially from the Toronto buyers that want to be close to the GO Station so that they can get back "home" more readily. This increase in demand has shot the property values to heights that certainly was not expected by many in such a humble, working class neighbourhood.

Natural Pools
By Angela Nolan / April 30, 2014 / Home Decor
Natural swimming pools! I thought these were only possible on a large country property or as a pond. This concept allows you to have a pool that is cleaned by nature. It utilizes plants and sand as a natural filter. It is great for your skin and hair instead of the dry and damaging chemicals of a regular pool. This design is from Genus Loic Ecological Landscapes.
